(this “Agreement”) is made as of this day of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Mesquite, a Nevada Municipal Corporation, (hereafter the “City”), and The First Baptist Church of Mesquite, Inc., a Nevada non-profit corporation (hereafter “First Baptist”). The City and First Baptist are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
