- I give permission for my child(ren) to take part in all WCA activities, including sports and school-sponsored trips away from the WCA premises, and absolve WCA from liability to me and my child because of any injury to my child at school or during any school activity. I understand that reasonable care and safety will be provided for my child at all times.
