This Bank Account Control Agreement (Loan Reserve Account) (this “Agreement”) is dated as of [ ], 2019, and entered into by and among NE CS FNC HOTEL, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, and NE CS FNC RESIDENCES, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (collectively, “Company”), the OKLAHOMA CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TRUST, an Oklahoma public trust (“Lender”), and [JPMORGAN CHASE BANK] (“Depositary Bank”).1
