This Data Processing Agreement addendum, including its its Data Processing and Transfer Description and Technical and Organizational Measures Description, (“DPA”) is hereby incorporated into and forms part of the Agreement (as defined below) between Talkdesk and the company identified below (“Company”) for the purchase of certain online services (including associated mobile components) from Talkdesk to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
