, 2018, by and between the Cities of Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, each individual Arizona municipal corporations (“Tempe”, “Chandler” and Scottsdale”, respectively) and the Towns of Carefree, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, and Paradise Valley, each individual Arizona municipal corporations (“Carefree”, “Fountain Hills”, “Gilbert” and “Paradise Valley”, respectively). Participating municipal courts will be referred to individually in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
