If you apply for and are accepted for membership, you will not be a shareholder of PBR, PBR Australia, or any other related entity, but will be entitled to participate in PBR Australia sanctioned, approved, related or affiliated events, subject to the terms and conditions of membership and the Membership Rules. Membership may be denied, withdrawn completely, suspended or changed by category, with or without cause, at any time by PBR Australia or PBR, at their sole and absolute discretion. Fines and other disciplinary measures may also be imposed for violation of any of the applicable Membership Rules, or violation of terms and conditions governing a Member’s behavior or participation at any time.
