Further to your July 12, 2011 Application, as noted above and as amended by your filings dated August 8, 2011 and August 10, 2011, enclosed please find Commission Order G‐144‐11 granting interim approval of the Temporary Service Agreement for LNG Service and the Service Agreement for LNG Delivery, subject to FEI having priority use of the LNG tankers for scheduled as well as emergency use and pending a more complete review of the Application.
