Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge is now accepting bids to graze approximately 4,500 acres on three grazing cells from May 1st – September 1st, 2019. The Northwest, Northeast, and Southeast Grazing cells consists of large blocks of Refuge lands. Approximately 1,500 acres of land in each grazing cell will be broken into grazing paddocks and grazed each season. Not all acres of the grazing cell will be grazed every year. Paddock rotation averages from 14 – 28 days depending on stocking rate and paddock size.
