THIS CHARTER SCHOOL AGREEMENT (the “Agreement” or “Charter”) entered into this 29th day of June, 2010, by and between THE SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, a body corporate operating and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”), and PLATO ACADEMY NORTH PINELLAS COUNTY K-8, INC., a nonprofit organization (hereinafter referred to as the “School”).
