Consumer Credit Card Agreement and Disclosure Statement Effective Date 08/15/2013 1.0: ISSUER. Your Account is with Zions Bank. That means your indebtedness, rights and duties regarding this Agreement, your Account and transactions in your Account are with Zions Bank, and not with National Bank of Arizona, Nevada State Bank, Vectra Bank Colorado N.A. or another Affiliate Bank.
