THIS SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (“Seventh Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the day of 2020 with an effective date of July 1, 2020 (“Seventh Amendment Effective Date”), by and between ADVANCED DATA PROCESSING, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Contractor”) and the CITY OF HOLLYWOOD (“City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Florida. City and Contractor may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
