This Listing Agreement is by and between (SELLER) and Family Value Realty, LLC., and provides that, in consideration for the covenants contained herein, SELLER hereby appoints Broker as SELLER’s exclusive Broker to perform only the agreed upon activities more fully described herein. Family Value Realty, LLC., hereinafter called FAMILY VALUE REALTY, is a licensed real estate brokerage in the state of Georgia. This agreement appoints Broker to act as a TRANSACTION BROKER, and does not provide the same services as a more “traditional” brokerage. This is a flat-fee limited service agreement to be more fully described below.
