This document, when signed below by you and accepted by Boston College (the “University”) upon it making a room assignment, shall constitute the agreement between you and the University pertaining to your residency in University housing during the Summer 2023 term. The University agrees to provide you with the use of the room assigned to you on the terms and conditions outlined in the Conditions for Residency and all other information posted on the Office of Residential Life’s website. The term Conditions for Residency, as used in this agreement, shall refer to the 2023-2024 Conditions for Residency promulgated by the Boston College Office of Residential Life, as such may be revised pursuant to this agreement. The Conditions for Residency is posted on the Boston College Residential Life website. Hard copies of the Conditions for Residency may be obtained by visiting the Office of Residential Life (Maloney Hall, Suite 413).
