This Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Paradise Falls LLC (“Paradise Falls” and “Owner”) and you, the Renters (“Tenants” and “Guests”). This Agreement is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Owner.
