This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2023, which date is stated for purposes of reference only, and is by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, (“County”) acting through the Orange County Sheriff’s Department (“OCSD”), and the Orange County Sheriff’s Museum & Education Center, a registered 501(c)(3) organization under the IRS Tax Code (“Museum”), individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
