WHEREAS, COUNTY, by and through its Board of Supervisors, has offered assistance with certain debris disposal services in the Tinder Fire area to promote cleanup of the area, support the community in the aftermath of the devastating Tinder Fire, and to prevent irresponsible or unlawful dumping of such waste, and;
