AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 201 by and between the Greater Richmond Transit Co., a Virginia corporation (“GRTC”), the City of Richmond, Virginia, a municipal corporation of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “City”), Henrico County, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “County”), the Virginia Department of Transportation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“VDOT”), and the Department of Rail and Public Transportation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“DRPT”).
