This Master Electric Energy Sales Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the day of 20 (the “Effective Date”) by and between ENGIE Resources LLC (“ENGIE”), a Delaware corporation and WILTON, TOWN OF (“Customer”).
