This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into effective upon execution of the Agreement and issuance of a purchase order (the "Effective Date"), by and between Tarrant County College District (hereafter referred to as "TCCD"), an agency of the State of Texas, and Sewell Advisory Services, LLC. (hereafter referred to as "SAS"). TCCD and SAS are sometimes hereafter referred to individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
