This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the day set forth in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or similar document (the "Effective Date"), by and between the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contractor acting on behalf of Axonius Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices located at 330 Madison Ave., New-York NY 10017 ("Axonius"), and the Ordering Activity under GSA Schedule contracts identified in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or similar document("Company" or “Ordering Activity”). All references to Axonius herein shall be deemed references to the GSA Schedule Contract Holder. For avoidance of doubt, nothing herein shall establish privity of contract between Axonius, Inc. and the Ordering Activity.
