The Target Company has entered into a number of agreements with parties who will, upon completion of the De-SPAC Transaction, become the connected persons of the Successor Company, and the transactions disclosed in this section will constitute continuing connected transactions of the Successor Company under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules upon completion of the De-SPAC Transaction.
