As authorized by Section 2-515 of the Dade City Code, and as authorized by the City Commission on January 26, 2016, the parties hereby agree and consent to “piggyback” on the approved terms of the Annual Contract No. B170265ANB C-7804 for asphalt paving management and rehabilitation between Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. and the Lee County Board of County Commissioners for the period of September 5, 2018, through September 4, 2019, including attachments, rates, and all other applicable documents contained in that Agreement. The same terms, rates and conditions applicable in that Agreement shall apply to the City of Dade City except for the following:
