This Standard Professional Services Agreement which includes the attached Exhibits (herein “Agreement”) is made by and between American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (herein “ATS”), with its principal place of business at 1330 West Southern Avenue, Tempe, Arizona, and the County of , Texas (herein “Customer”). ATS and Customer may be referred to herein, individually, as a “Party”, and collectively, as the “Parties.” This Agreement sets forth the terms, conditions and obligations of the Parties.
