THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the registration date (the “Effective Date”), by and between ComMotion – Communtiy in Motion, a North Carolina Non-Profit Corporation, (the “Licensor”), and the subscriber, (the “Licensee”).
