nexquare and the “Users” (Instititions, Teachers, Administrators, Parents, Students), have entered into a Service Provider Agreement (“Agreement”). The Users have sought to use nexquare’s services (referred to as “Services” in this Agreement) and agree to the Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out hereunder, which are an integral part of the Agreement.
