This Residence Hall Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between North Idaho College and the individual student. This Agreement entitles the student to use the residence hall accommodations only in the manner, and subject to the terms and conditions, outlined herein and in the Student Handbook (incorporated herein by reference). In the case of any inconsistencies between the Handbook and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will control.
