This Charter for The Museum School of Avondale Estates (“Charter”) is entered into by and between the Avondale Education Association, Inc. (“Petitioner”), the DeKalb County Schools Board of Education (“Local Board”) and the State Board of Education (“State Board”) (collectively referred to as “the parties”).
