I/We agree to sell the above residential property within six months of signing the lease with [insert housing provider name]. I/We agree to report the sale promptly to [insert housing provider name] in writing. I/we must provide documentation to the Administrator/Property Manager that shows the amount of money realized from the sale. Also, I/we agree not to rent the above property before selling the property.
