THIS AMENDMENT No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement between the Parties dated June 7, 2021 is made and entered into this 17th day of May 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between WSB & Associates, Inc. dba WSB with offices at 701 Xenia Avenue South, Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN 55416 (“Consultant”) and the City of West St. Paul, with offices at 1616 Humboldt Avenue, West. St. Paul, Minnesota 55118 (“Client”) for the following project: Marthaler Park Improvements (“Project”) (together, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”).
