THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Fort Bend County, (“County”), on behalf of the Fort Bend County Emergency Medical Service, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, and General Truck Body, (“GTB”), a Texas corporation, with its principal offices being located at 7110 Jensen Drive, Houston, Texas 77093; hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties.”
