This confidentiality policy is compatible with and in accordance with the Society Act and the Society’s Bylaws. If you are uncertain about whether information is confidential, check with the board president or conduct committee liaison or another authorized source before discussing it with anyone. All conduct committee members are required to adhere to this policy. Improper use or disclosure of confidential information may result in disciplinary action, up to and including a proposal of special resolution to remove the committee member from GVIAS membership and/or appropriate legal action. I acknowledge the policy regarding confidentiality and agree to abide by and understand the consequences of improper use or disclosure of confidential information.
