This Trademark License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is mandatory and required in order to allow you to use the Intel Licensed Mark subject to the Terms & Conditions (both defined below). Use by any person or company of the Licensed Mark is not authorized and constitutes an infringement of Intel's exclusive rights in Intel Trademarks unless You (hereinafter “You” “Your” and/or “Licensee”) have accepted and acknowledged the terms below. This Agreement is not valid unless and until You receive notification from Intel of Your acceptance into the Associated Program. You may print out a copy of this Agreement for Your records.
