• The undersigned Contractor agrees to provide the Town of Wellesley Department of Public Works with a motor vehicle or vehicles, described as below, for the purpose of plowing snow within the Town of Wellesley on established routes or as assigned. Assigned route may change at any time during the winter season. The Town of Wellesley DPW reserves the right to move or reassign contractors at any time.
