By and between , as First Party, and Dynamic Home Buyers, LLC, as Second Party with specific reference to shared information and any and all business arrangements and discussions with the above (including partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or advisors). It is acknowledged that (First Party) will provide certain introductions, proprietary information and/or supporting documents concerning a property and/or properties that Dynamic Home Buyers, LLC (Second Party),will market for sale. As a result of the introduction of a client to the Owner or Owners Agent by First Party, Second Party may be entitled to contracts between any of said parties and/or their representatives to secure compensation.
