MASTER AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THEMaster Agreement • May 5th, 2020 • California
This agreement is made and entered into by and between the San Francisco Community College District, hereinafter referred to as "District," on behalf of City College of San Francisco, hereinafter referred to as “City College,” and the Foundation of City College of San Francisco, hereinafter referred to as "Foundation," an organization operated for the benefit of the students and the programs of City College. For purposes of this agreement, the term “District” shall mean the Chancellor and the Board of Trustees of the City College of San Francisco. The Foundation seeks outright and deferred gifts, gifts-in-kind and the services of individuals to accomplish its mission. This agreement shall be effective on the 1st day of April 2010 and shall terminate, unless earlier terminated or extended as provided in this agreement, on December 31, 2012.
