Federal State Budgetary Institution "National Medical Research Center of Rehabilitation and Balneology" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher", represented by the Deputy Director for Science Andrey P. Rachin, acting on the basis of Power of Attorney No.213 dated December 14, 2020, offers an indefinite circle of persons to conclude this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the publication of copyright materials in the scientific journal "Bulletin of Rehabilitation Medicine" on the following terms.
