THIS IS AN AGREEMENT made as of , 2016 between the LEXINGTON- FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT (OWNER) and Palmer Engineering, Inc. (CONSULTANT). OWNER intends to proceed with the West Loudon Avenue Sreetscape as described in the attached “Scope of Services” document (Exhibit A). The services are to include surveying, preliminary and final design, and preparation of complete plans and specifications for the West Loudon Streetscape Project (from North Broadway to North Limestone). The services are hereinafter referred to as the Project.
