This Right-of-Way Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the last signature by a party hereto (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Gilroy, California, a municipal corporation (“the City”), and Mobilitie, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Licensee”).
