This Agreement is entered into this 8th day of November, 2024, by and between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska on behalf of the Lancaster County Department of Corrections, hereinafter referred to as the “County,” and Wellbeing Initiative, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Wellbeing”. Collectively the County and Wellbeing may be referred to as “Parties”, and individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
