In consideration of participating in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics 2014 Final Leg (“2014 Final Leg” or “event”), I represent that I understand the nature of the 2014 Final Leg and that I am and/or my minor child is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such event. I acknowledge that the event will be conducted over public roads and facilities open to the public during the event and upon which traffic hazards are to be expected. I acknowledge that if I and/or my minor child believe event conditions are unsafe, I and/or my minor child will immediately discontinue participation in the event.
