THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of , 2018, by and between the City of North Las Vegas (the “City”), a municipal corporation within the State of Nevada, with offices located at City Hall, 2250 Las Vegas Blvd., N. North Las Vegas, Nevada 89030, and Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada (“RTSNV”), a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, with a mailing address of 611 South 9th Street, Las Vegas Nevada 89101, its permitted successors and assigns. The City and the Subrecipient are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
