THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter referred to as “MOU”) is made and entered into this 12th day of November 2024 by and between the City of Mt. Shasta (hereinafter, “City”), The County of Siskiyou (hereinafter, “County”), and the subrecpient, Jeffereson Economic Development Institute (hearinafter “JEDI”) and the subrecipient, Great Northern Services (herinafter, “GNS”).
