Damage deposit: all renters (except Charter Organizations) will be required to deposit with the Palouse Community Center $125.00 in cash or check as a security/damage deposit before the scheduled use of the Palouse Community Center. Reservation date is not confirmed without receipt of the deposit and Rental Agreement. The security/damage deposit will be held by the Palouse Community Center until the rental event is completed. If the Center determines that there is any damage, or excessive cleanup costs, the renter will be informed of the damage and repair cost and the security/damage deposit will be used for payment of the excessive cleanup cost, repair and/or replacement (Charter Organizations will be billed) . If the cost of the excessive cleanup, repair and/or replacement exceeds the $125.00 deposit, the renter agrees to pay the Palouse Community Center for the additional expense within 15 days of written notification mailed to the above address. _________ (initial here)
