This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2019 by and between Fulton County, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, by and through its Board of Commissioners (“Fulton County”), the Tax Commissioner of Fulton County, Georgia (“Tax Commissioner”), and the City of Johns Creek, Georgia, a municipal corporation of the State of Georgia, by and through its governing body (“City of Johns Creek”), (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
