This time deposit agreement which shall include the Appendices herein and applicable Confirmation Advice(s) (as each is hereinafter defined) (the “Agreement”) set out the agreed terms between (the “Customer”) and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries, as applicable (the “Bank”) governing the Customer’s time deposit(s) and related transactions from time to time (“Time Deposits”) with the Bank in the jurisdiction(s) as set out above.
