These Terms of Hire (“Terms”) are to be read in conjunction with the rental document, which sets out the Vehicle rental details ("Rental Document"). These Terms together with the Rental Document constitute the agreement between Premium Mobility Services Limited ("the Owner") and the person/legal entity signing the Rental Document ("the Hirer"). To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Rental Document, these Terms will prevail.
