This Amendment #1 is made to the Jail Based Competency Restoration Services (JBCR) Contract with the contract period 10/01/22 – 09/30/2023 effective October 1, 2022 between the County of Hardin (County) and Spindletop Center (Center). Parties entered into an agreement to provide a complete JBCR orientation, which includes a complete mental health screening interview and report for any JCCP inmate on the Master Forensic State Hospital Waitlist. Reference to which is made for any and all purposes and the same is incorporated herein by reference.
