The Mirantis Partner Agreement, including the Program Appendix(ices) mutually agreed by the parties, is between Mirantis, Inc., 615 National Avenue, Suite 100, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Mirantis”) and the party who has accepted the Agreement or the party identified in the signature block below (“Partner”) (the “Mirantis Partner Agreement” or “Agreement”). The effective date of the Agreement shall be the date of acceptance or the last signature, as applicable (“Effective Date”).
