This policy is a contract between the Aetna Life & Casualty (Bermuda) Ltd. having a registered address in Hamilton, Bermuda (hereinafter “insurer”) and those members of Talent Trust Top-Up Program who are short-term crew of the Mercy Ship, i.e., the Africa Mercy, named as insured persons in the Schedule of Cover.
