UNIT SIX COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTGovernment Employees • October 17th, 2005
This Collective Bargaining Agreement entered into this 14th day of March 2005 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts acting through the Commissioner of Administration and Finance and his/her Human Resources Division, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", or the "Commonwealth"; and by the National Association of Government Employees, hereinafter referred to as the "Union"(of which Local R1-207 and R1-282, the Massachusetts Association of Professionals is an affiliate); and has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Union and the Employer. To this end, the parties recognize the importance of dealing with one another with mutual respect and dignity.
